Prepare manhour and expense budgets for the HSE activity
- ensure that the proposal activities adequately reflect the HSE policy and objectives.
- ensure that staff directly involved in HSE activities are adequately briefed and trained.
- Regularly review resources with the our Project and Construction Managers.
- To keep HSE activities up to date with the development of National and International Requirements through attendance at seminars, discussion with Major Clients and participation in the appropriate Consultative Groups of Industry Bodies.
- Promote and publicise the company's dedication to HSE to Clients, external groups, and within organisation.
- To be aware of and communicate to all department members the content of the Health, Safety, Environmental and its requirements.
- Ensure there is an employee safety briefing process for office activities, on visiting operating plants, Supplier's works and construction sites.
