Bachelor’s degree and possibly a Master’s degree relevant to business consultancy.

Two years relevant experience preferably with some time in consultancy.

Strong language skills in English and Mandarin, as a minimum.

Budget and planning responsibility for any relevant project.

Responsibility for delivering project outcomes to client direct.

Potential to act on own initiative at division level and displays ability to network across the company.

Well-organised with the ability to deliver value-added outputs to the project team, to the client and to the business.

Ability to manage client relationships on on-going basis.

Displays potential to take line management responsibility and possibly P&L responsibility in the future.
