Bachelor degree in the Architecture, Landscape or relevant discipline; Expatriate Designer is preferred.

Minimum of 5-8 years' relevant experience, preferably having overseas or sizable international design firm experience and China local projects experience; Strong concept design skill.

Ability to lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality.
•
Familiar with national design code and standard.
•
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
