Cirebon-Kroya Double Tracking Project – Bid Technical Management
Atkins was appointed to provide technical bid support to a contractor including assessment and negotiation with potential subcontractors for the turnkey design and build of a 158km mainline double tracking and improvement project between Cirebon and Kroya in Java, Indonesia. The project requirements included extensive civil works (earthworks, roadbed, viaduct and bridge structures, and tunnels), alignment and permanent way, signalling and telecommunications system replacement, and Centralised Traffic Control (CTC) Upgrade.
